Pain points/opportunities: Reduce fields; clarify pricing and data use; streamline SSO; clear error messaging.
2. Account Setup — Add Profile Details Brief: User personalizes profile and preferences.
User actions: Add name, role, photo; set notification and timezone; import contacts.
Emotions: Motivated but sensitive to effort.
Touchpoints: Profile form, integrations (Google/Microsoft), settings.
Pain points/opportunities: Minimize mandatory fields; show progress; allow skip/finish later; sensible defaults.
3. Onboarding Tour — Learn Key Features Brief: User gets a guided tour of core value.

Touchpoints: Workspace wizard, invite flow, email/slack invites.

5. First Task Creation — Create First Task Brief: User experiences core task flow.
